New York, NY: May 15th, 2009– Broadview Networks, Communications has signed a multi-year contract with UTC Associates, a leading network and systems integrator and managed service provider to support is Hosted PBX Customers with all Moves/Add/Changes (MAC) and Turn Up of new Customers. Broadview’s Hosted PBX Service is based on Broadsoft Broadworks Platform.
Broadview partnered with UTC Associates due to its indepth knowledge of the Broadsoft Platform and ongoing management and customization of Hosted VoIP customers. UTC provides a hosted model for operations, which is aligned with our growth model. UTC servers as an extension of our team and there is seamless communication to the customer. UTC provisions Broadsoft, provisions phones, keeps track of inventory and even provisions and ships out phones to our end users.
